Sialo offers three tasting menu options – Hak-ab, Hikay, and Habhab — inspired by the flavors and food of Cebu.

Your meal at Sialo will introduce you to our island’s heritage food and ingredients that are often overlooked and underappreciated (such that they have become very rare), but form a huge part of our culinary tradition.
